Corporate contributions help offset conference and Chapter costs in exchange for your company promotion. Sponsorships are offered at four levels from $3,000 to $500, with commensurate benefits in each category as outlined below. There is also a package for sponsorship by government agencies and non-profit organizations, and an option for donating a raffle or door prize. Advertising will begin when payment is received. Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
Platinum Sponsor - $3,000
Benefits:
1. Two exhibit table spaces with first choice of location
2. Two conference registrations (does not include Certification Review classes or Exams)
3. One full-page advertisement in conference program folder (you provide your own design according to identified specifications) - OR - we will insert your brochure into the folder (size limit applies)

5. Company name prominently listed in advance mailings and brochures

Non-Profit Sponsor
In lieu of financial assistance: Non-profit sponsors, including governmental agencies, shall assist in promoting NEC’08 by posting the dates and conference web page link on the organization’s website and by providing a mailing list (or sending out mailings provided by NEC to the organization’s list)

Raffle or Door Prize Donor
Another option for supporting this event and promoting your company: Donate a prize for a raffle or door drawing. Suggestions include a couple hours of your time, product samples, or an installation demonstration. The Northeast chapter is donating our 2007 Partners for Excellence award: one year of free IECA Individual Professional membership (a $170 value).
